How long will it take to receive my items?

Many of our items are made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to sew your order. Once your items(s) are completed, they will be shipped via USPS Ground advantage. Typically items are delivered within 2-5 days of receipt by the post office, though exact delivery times are dependent upon the post office.

Do you have a storefront where I can purchase your items?

Currently, Work Ethik only has an online store. We do also regularly attend local craft markets and handmade fairs. Please follow our instagram page @workethikgear for our current market schedule.

Can I stock your items in my shop?

We are happy to partner with other small businesses. If you are interested in stocking our items, please visit the Partner with Us page.

What is your return policy?

Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days so long as they are in an unwashed/unused condition. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us, and once received, we will send a replacement or refund.

What is your shipping policy?

We charge a flat rate of $4.99 and ship via USPS. Orders over $100 ship for free.

Where are your items made?

Everything is handmade by Georgi in her home studio in Helena, MT.
